We put up our Christmas tree yesterday! Fun! Ella is enjoying decorating and redecorating the tree. I don't mind since we only put things on the tree that are "kid-proof." Well... except for a few ornaments that were placed at the top. We've been explaining the reason for Christmas to Ella and she seems to understand. Then we watched the First Presidency Christmas Devotional tonight and she tuned in during the movie about Jesus' birth. Earlier today I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth and Ella came in. She wanted to get up on the counter and asked me, but since I was about done, I responded in the negative with, "ummm uhhh." She quickly came back with a "no mamma say ummmmmm uhhhhh!" And then added, "mamma say yes!"
