The first morning of Spring Break (this past Monday) dawned beautiful and promising. We decided it was time for the beach and Ella to meet each other. The first beach we tried on Alligator Island turned out too cold and windy for the little gal, but the second try... Mashes Sands Beach in nearby Wakulla proved perfect. The gulls greedily watched mom finish her lunch while the waves rolled upon the shore. Ella babbled her stories to dad while some local kids began casting their fishing lines aways in the distance. What a lovely day!

I love all these pictures you keep posting of Ella. If we have to miss out on this time, at least we can watch from afar. She is the cutest thing!
My little Ella is growing so fast! Go to the beach as much as you can; it is so peaceful there.
